I was very pleased with Gregorio's efforts. He was able to actually lock a lower rate, and his fees were very reasonable. All business transactions were handled efficiently, and I was kept informed of progress throughout the loan process. There were no surprises at closing, and the whole process was painless and transparent.

I was referred to Zillow by a friend and was stunned when I started getting quotes that made little sense. I am putting almost half down on a house with 800 credit scores and was receiving quotes in the high 5 range. Of the almost 30 responses 2 made sense. Of those 2 this is the only one that answered the phone after 7 pm and sounded like he knew what he was talking about. He took the time to explain a few things and even explained why I got some of the quotes that I did.

Of all the brokers that quoted me, I ended up closing with Greg because of his low rates and professionalism. Greg took the time to work with me, answer all of my questions and made sure that every aspect of my loan was handled correctly. I will definitely look to Greg again in the future for any other financing needs I may have.

Greg is the man! I got several quotes from other brokers and local banks. Greg has the best rate. He processed my loan professionally and was able to close my loan on time even though there were two holidays in between. I would recommend him to all my friends!!

Very prompt response. It was a Sunday when I contacted Gregorio. He got back to me the same day but unfortunately for me he was not able to do it. We did not close the loan because I've just bought the house (Sept., 2008.) I need to make at least 6 payments before the loan can be refinanced. I'll contact Gregorio Denny of Tripoint Mortgage Group, Inc. again in about 3 months.

Out of the 3 people I contacted regarding my quote today he was the only one willing to actually lock the rate quoted. One person told me to wait another day, the other told me that they needed a deposit. I wasn't willing to do either.

I was very happy with Greg in all aspects. I ended up going with the Bank who owned the home since they were able to beat his Good Faith Estimate but I would have otherwise. His rates and fees were the best I found and his Good Faith Estimate showed accurate third party fees unlike alot of lenders.

After over 6 months, 3 brokers and much frustration we finally closed. We should have started with Gregorio and it would have saved many headaches. He kept us informed and treated us with respect even when we asked stupid questions and bugged him at night. If you are looking for someone that will guide you through the process and deliver on a promise then Gregorio is who you should call.
