Unfortunately we didn't close but I have to say that the service has been excellent. Greg answers emails immediately and is always available. We only chose a different lender because we needed something he didn't have.

greg was able to meet with me this weekend and help get all my documents together. He also explained things better than anyone else and told me how to get a tax rebate.

This was a good experience from a solid lender. Greg was always available and went out of his way to make sure we were a part of the process every step of the way. The most impressive thing was that he never over promised. We needed a fast closing and he told us exactly what he could do, even if it wasn't the ideal. I'm sure others would have told us anything we wanted to hear, but he told us the truth, explained why it needed to be that way, then delivered on it.

Due to near future move with my job I didn't close with Greg, but he was the best that Idealt with. Fair rate, great service, explained everything I asked about, told me how to get what I needed. Then I notified him about the move and he sent me my creidt report for free! Is there a 5+ rating because he deserves it. When we move we will try to use Greg if at all possible.

The best part of this service is being able to try on the lenders before you pick one. I found some to be pushy and arrogant and others seemed to be a perfect fit. Greg happened to be the perfect fit of attitude, experience and knowledge.

We closed last week on this and it was faster than expected, cheaper than expected and easier than we thought it would be. The fees ended up being $154 less than quoted and we closed a week earlier. I told myself there were 3 things I would never do online. I would never find a lawyer, never find a broker and never find a husband on the www. I have to rethink at least one of those.
We have other properties that we are looking to refinance and I'm now a true believer. Thanks Zillow and thank you Gregg for the awesome service.

What can I say... Greg has been wonderful. I have been working with him for a couple of weeks now, and he has gone above and beyond for my husband and I. Not only has he put up with my constant questions and pestering... but he has been very proffesional, knowledgable and responsive. He has held our hand every step of the way in this deal; we could not be more pleased. I was very skeptical with Zillow in the begining and had a hard time knowing which brokers to trust. Greg not only was able to offer an excellent (and legit) rate, but he was also upfront and honest, telling us how it is and not just what we wanted to hear. I highly reccomend Greg to anyone looking for a good rate and a good solid lender!
