Though I have not chosen a lender yet, I am very impressed with the prompt and detailed reply I received from Gregorio Denny. He was quite thorough in gathering enough information to give me a realistic view of what he could offer in a mortgage. I absolutely plan to follow up with him when we're ready to lock in the mortgage. Very impressed with his knowledge and customer service oriented approach.

I contacted 2 lenders regarding my request and this was a pleasant surprise. I was skeptical about this service, but I thought; "what the heck". After submitting my request I received 10 quotes. I chose the 2 lowest rate/fee combinations to contact. I received an email back from this lender asking me if I would like a good faith estimate. I called them and I was directed to their website, where I gave a bit more information and I received the GFE in my email roughly 90 minutes later. I have since completed a full application online, locked the exact rate quoted, at the exact fees quoted, (plus title and escrow, something Zillow needs to explain a little more clearly) and I am proceeding with this transaction. I was impressed with Greg's knowledge and forthrightness on the phone. He immediately offered what he quoted without ever hedging and offered to meet with me in person if needed. I know I have not completed the transaction yet, but I was so impressed with Greg and so unimpressed with the other person I spoke with, that I felt the need to rate both of them immediately. Working with a company that is a member of the BBB rather than hiding behind an LLC makes a huge difference!

Very competitive rates, Greg is honest and straightforward. His responsiveness has been great, and he carries through on what he says he is going to do.
