If you tell me what you want, I will move heaven and earth to get that for you. I once got a call from a young couple who had heard about me and wanted to buy a home they found. I met with them and found out the house they wanted was an estate sale, four principles (sisters) and an attorney. No wait, it gets much better. They have virtually no money, there is already a full price cash offer in play, and the house has some "issues". That is to say, there is only one cabinet in the kitchen, the bathroom is off the unheated back porch (translation-attached outhouse), there is definitely some serious environmental issues, the least of which is lead based paint. FHA financing is going to be tough to acquire, but nothing else has a snowballs chance, and the sellers are NOT going to finance. Oh, I almost forgot to mention, the southwest corner of the foundation has collapsed into the basement. The lender I worked with regularly at the time told me to just walk away, it isn't worth the headache and it will never go together. The deal got done! Want to find out how? Call me. That is an even better story! Yeah, I only made $800 for a massive amount of work. Know what? Best deal I ever put together!

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $250K in Mc Farland, WI.

Greg was extremely prompt in responding to any request or phone call as well as being very patient with us. Greg helped to point out potential flaws (structure and mechanical) in several of the homes we looked at saving us from making some costly mistakes. Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $350K in Cottage Grove, WI.

Greg was wonderful to work with. He did a great job with the sale of our house. Greg accurately priced our home, and made some suggestions of how to prepare our house for sale, and they worked.....we sold our house in 3 days. He listened to what we wanted in our new house, and then found it for us. Even after the sale was complete, and we had moved into our new house, Greg was still checking with us to see if we needed help with anything. Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Schenk-Atwood-Starkweather-Yahar, Madison, WI.

Greg found us the home we were looking for. He made sure we were the first in the door, and then he made sure we were the first with an offer to the table.

As first time home buyers, we were skeptical of the process and of the market. We did not know what to expect. Greg did a wonderful job of explaining the process and what we as the buyers needed to look out for. His background outside of real-estate was also very valuable in seeing beyond the paint… he has an eye for the type of thing that we would have surely missed on our own. Greg was able to help us illustrate what we were looking for (and NOT looking for) in our first home. Then he was able to turn that vision into real options that fit within the parameters of our price range, locations, and amenities. He then made time around our schedules to make sure we got to see any home we were interested in as soon as possible. Then he found the one… our new home! Greg picked up on it as soon as it hit the market and booked the first showing for us. His intuition made sure we were first in the door… and by that evening we were the first offer in. Our first offer was not accepted. But that was no problem, because thanks to Greg we were ready and put in an amended offer the next day with the proper attention to detail that the sellers were looking for. There were many other offers on the table, and I am convinced that it was the fine points that made ours the best option. OFFER ACCEPTED. At a price that we were happy with, in terms that we were happy with, and most importantly FOR THE HOUSE THAT WE WANTED. This could have been an ugly process… Greg made sure it wasn't.

He was also very assertive and transparent in regards to Buyer's Agency - a very important piece that all home buyers should be aware of. He wanted to make sure that our interests were his interests. He has demonstrated through his actions, due diligence, and thorough follow through that he is the best agent that we could have asked for. I don’t think we would have had a chance at successfully purchasing the kind of home that we wanted (and did!) without Greg. Hopefully we will not have to move, but if we do we will be working with Greg again.
