Sold a home in 2011.
Greta was by far the best real estate agent we have ever worked with. Our house had been on the market for almost a year and a half, listed with 2 different agents. Her marketing strategies were amazing and we got an offer within a couple of months! She is on the very top of my list to recommend, and we will definitely use her for all our real estate transactions in the future! Quite a jewel.

Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2010 in Winston Salem, NC.
I have been Dealing with Greta for several months on the sale of my home, before her I had a few bad experiances with realtors but she told us what we need to do set up our House took pictures(they are great) and I think we are on the right track.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $200K in Winston Salem, NC.
Greta was an excellent help to us in our search for our first house in Winston Salem. She is very knowledgeable about the area, very thorough, a good communicator, and does her job well. It was a pleasure to work with Greta and we would highly recommend her.

Listed, but didn't sell my home in 2011.
My experience with Greta to date has consisted of listing a property for sale. The listing was a bit cumbersome as I was working with another 'partner' agent who handthis off to Greta. There was also a change of realty firm in the mix. Greta has handled all this activity very professionally and quickly. I am quite satisfied.
