Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Mckinleyville, CA.
I have been involved with real estate for well over 10 years; during this time I have worked with many different agents and Gerry's special. She is currently representing me on the sell side on a piece of property that I own in Mckinleyville. In addition to being professional, personable and considerate, she is amazingly knowledgeable in all facets of the real estate markets. Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Mckinleyville, CA.
My husband and I are currently in escrow on a new house in McKinleyville. Gerry has been knowledgeable and even a great tour guide. She showed us many listings around the county until we found a house that met our needs. Throughout the process she listened to what we were looking for and she was always available to answer any of our questions.
