Bought a home in 2012.
Her previous expertise in banking combined with her years in the local real-estate market make Gerry a great asset to have when navigating the market and making a purchase. From beginning to end Gerry devotes her self and time to making sure the process is as smooth and simple as it possibly can be.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Mckinleyville, CA.
I have been involved with real estate for well over 10 years; during this time I have worked with many different agents and Gerry's special. She is currently representing me on the sell side on a piece of property that I own in Mckinleyville. In addition to being professional, personable and considerate, she is amazingly knowledgeable in all facets of the real estate markets. I have certainty learned things from her that would make me a better real estate investor in the future. Moreover she has great business instincts and is incredibly prompt. She has overwhelmed me on many occasions by returning my calls and/or responding to email messages even when they were made and/or sent after business hours or over the weekend.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Mckinleyville, CA.
My husband and I are currently in escrow on a new house in McKinleyville. Gerry has been knowledgeable and even a great tour guide. She showed us many listings around the county until we found a house that met our needs. Throughout the process she listened to what we were looking for and she was always available to answer any of our questions. I highly recommend Gerry Davis for anybody who's looking for a realtor.

Bought a home in 2012.
Can't recommend Gerry highly enough. She handled all the stress and was always available and supportive throughout the whole process. When a problem arose, by the time I was aware of it, she'd address'd it and usually solved it. She's finds a a way to be efficient and productive without creating a tense atmosphere. And she gets the job done. Not much else to say.

Gerry is a great agent! She knows the area very well and was able to answer all of my questions! I am not quite ready to buy yet, but the moment my financing comes through I will buy a house from Gerry!
