About Kevin Gueco

Kevin was selected to be the official SF concierge for TopTenRealEstateDeals.com because of a reputation for identifying and negotiating the best deal possible, giving his buyers the inside track on foreclosures, short sales, developer close-outs, first release inventory, and off-market listings. For you as a seller, he has access to several motivated buyers from around the world who are well-qualified, looking for investment properties in your area, and willing to pay all cash for the right property. Kevin has the strategic industry partnerships that are necessary to better advise clients in the negotiation and marketing involved with real property sales transactions, and this is just one example.
Kevin establishes clients for life by putting their interests first and by striving to exceed their expectations. A principled negotiator, he keeps issues in perspective and intuitively finds solutions. He is working full-time, combining an understanding of the market with the latest technology in order to provide professional service to people who are as serious about their goals as he is in helping them meet them. In today's competitive marketplace, up to the minute information is vital to every real estate transaction. As your personal real estate consultant he is committed to doing his homework, and yours.
While attending the University of California, Los Angeles, Kevin was introduced to real estate through his work at GBInvestments, a property management firm that managed over 3 dozen commercial properties in Santa Monica. With stellar grades, clinical experience, and an MCAT score of 28, Kevin was on track to attend medical school. But after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology, he decided to entertain a passion for food and explore his options in culinary arts. It was by working as a line-cook at Bradley Ogden's Arterra that Kevin learned about the team work, time management, preparation, and standard of perfection that are necessary to run not only a top-rated restaurant, but any successful business.
San Francisco not only is the food capital of the west coast, but it also happens to be one of the best real estate markets in the world. So it did not surprise anyone when Kevin found himself going back to his roots in real estate. "It was only by working in a fine dining environment that I was able to understand the true meaning of customer service. There is nothing I won't do for my clients." Armed with local market knowledge, years of experience, and an innate desire to help others, Kevin is on his way to becoming one of the most respected real estate professionals in the nation.

I moved to San Francisco from Sacramento in December of 2009 to take a job in federal law enforcement. After spending two years renting a great, but tiny, 350 square foot studio, I decided I was in SF for the long haul and wanted to buy a bigger place. It was my first home purchase.
A friend recommended Kevin, and put me in touch. I had a vague idea of what I was looking for and my price range, and Kevin did a great job showing me a variety of places in my price range, which really helped me flesh it out. The e-mails he provided listing properties for me were extremely helpful. It took me a little time to find what I wanted, but he was always responsive and helpful.
I eventually found the place had all I was looking for, a new one bedroom in Nopa, and Kevin's experience really made a difference. He knew exactly how to tailor the offer, and used his familiarity with the market to ensure we managed to beat out several other offers.
Additionally, when I had an issue getting my loan through USAA done in a timely fashion, Kevin ensured I got my financing done through Opes Advisers quickly and easily. His recommendation really paid off.
Buying my first home was a stressful process. But having Kevin as my real estate agent made it as smooth as buying a home can be.
I'll refer anyone I know looking to buy in SF to Kevin. He's reliable, responsive and he really knows this market.
I'm incredibly happy to have my place, and there is no way I would have gotten it without Kevin.…More Less
