Bought a Condo home in 2010 in South Beach, San Francisco, CA.
I purchased a condo at the Infinity and was fortunate enough to have worked with Kevin. Based on my personal experience as well as through conversations with others, there simply isn't anyone else better than Kevin and his team when it comes to the SF real estate market. Kevin helped negotiate an awesome deal for me, made the process a breeze, and was fun to work with. Kevin invested time to fully understand what I was looking for in a first home while keeping in mind my price range, and utilized his expertise to show me several properties that fit those criteria. At the end of the day we both decided Infinity was the best option and he went full steam ahead in closing the deal for me. To everyone and anyone needing a trustworthy, knowledgeable and hardworking real estate agent, get at my man Kevin and you won't be disappointed

Bought a home in 2011.
I found Kevin on Yelp in December of 2010 and decided he would be the best agent to help me invest in a San Francisco condo. From the start, Kevin was diligent and dedicated to supporting me through this process and finding me the best deal possible. Here are all the things he helped me with through the process:
- Identifying a property: Kevin sent me daily or weekly emails with the freshest listings on the market and exclusive deals. Kevin has access to listings before they become publicly available through his network.
- Negotiating a deal: Kevin encouraged me to walk away from several deals that would have been lucrative for him, because he did not consider it the best possible deal. In the end, he helped me negotiate and close a unheard of deal (in terms of dollars / sq foot) at one of the most exclusive new buildings in SOMA.
- The close process: Kevin put me in touch with a great mortgage broker who helped me through every part of the process. Kevin was involved as well, made it a point to follow up with me every week through the arduous process and was present at my signing appointment.
- Finding a tenant: Kevin went above and beyond on this part. A year after I moved into my apartment, I had to rent it out because of a personal move. Kevin took on the process of taking professional pictures of my apartment, showing it to prospective tenants on the weekends and helping me identify a great tenant couple.
I would recommend Kevin to any and all prospective home buyers in San Francisco and the surrounding areas!

Bought a home in 2011.
As first time homebuyers, my husband and I needed help, and lots of it. We found that and more with Kevin. This guy is fantastic at what he does. He cares about his clients, he KNOWS the market, he knows about things that are not on the market and he goes to bat for each and every person he works with. Throughout the process of finding a home, we met many of Kevin's other clients who ALL felt the same. Each person we met gave us more and more confidence that we had chosen the right agent to find us our first home. Not only is he a superb agent, he is also an all around great guy, who I would recommend to my closest friends and family when the opportunity arises. There is no question in my mind that he is the best at what he does, and from the looks of the other reviews, he is only getting better....this guy is legit!!!

Kevin's knowledge of both the neighborhood & intricacies of real estate made my life incredibly easy as a buyer. When I had a question, he got back to me ASAP with an answer. Kevin is a great communicator, and it never took him longer than a few hours to get back to me. Other agents took days. This was especially helpful as a first-time buyer. When it finally came time to negotiate with the seller, Kevin ended up getting me -THE BEST DEAL—in the entire building! THE lowest $/SF, you can check MLS for proof :) He went to bat for me and hit a grand slam. I can't recommend him enough to my friends. You will NOT be disappointed with Kevin!

Not only did Kevin always help us with things directly and indirectly related to our hunt, he kept up with us and was very responsive, making sure nothing slipped -- which is important since my wife and I both work full-time and needed that help. He was courteous, beyond-helpful, and got us the deal we wanted but never thought we'd get, without compromises! I highly recommend Kevin if you're looking to get into the real estate market, especially if this is your first time. Having worked for months before with Redfin, I can say confidently we would never have gotten the place we really wanted without an agent like Kevin and his access to off-market deals. We already recommended him to another couple friend of ours and he got them an investor-owned property and they're closing escrow soon too!
I moved to San Francisco from Sacramento in December of 2009 to take a job in federal law enforcement. After spending two years renting a great, but tiny, 350 square foot studio, I decided I was in SF for the long haul and wanted to buy a bigger place. It was my first home purchase.
A friend recommended Kevin, and put me in touch. I had a vague idea of what I was looking for and my price range, and Kevin did a great job showing me a variety of places in my price range, which really helped me flesh it out. The e-mails he provided listing properties for me were extremely helpful. It took me a little time to find what I wanted, but he was always responsive and helpful.
I eventually found the place had all I was looking for, a new one bedroom in Nopa, and Kevin's experience really made a difference. He knew exactly how to tailor the offer, and used his familiarity with the market to ensure we managed to beat out several other offers.
Additionally, when I had an issue getting my loan through USAA done in a timely fashion, Kevin ensured I got my financing done through Opes Advisers quickly and easily. His recommendation really paid off.
Buying my first home was a stressful process. But having Kevin as my real estate agent made it as smooth as buying a home can be.
I'll refer anyone I know looking to buy in SF to Kevin. He's reliable, responsive and he really knows this market.
I'm incredibly happy to have my place, and there is no way I would have gotten it without Kevin.
