After several years of unsuccessful home searching with numerous real estate companies in town, we decided to give Gustavo Andaloza (Gus) a try, through the references of a mutual acquaintance. From the first day my wife and I met with him, he demonstrated a great deal of professionalism and excellent customer service. I am a retired head of a household that was in search of a family home that met all ours needs. He was very up front and honest about every property he viewed for us. He was able to find us the perfect home in a very prominent neighborhood of El Paso TX. His attitude throughout the process was positive. Gus’ negotiation skills are exceptional. He gave us space and advised us without being pushy. He explained things to us in detail. Gus was very kind and thoughtful and was always there to answer our questions. Every phone call was answered or quickly returned, and anytime we felt overwhelmed with the stress of buying a home he was on the phone getting us back on track. We finally closed on our Dream Home and the whole family absolutely loves it. Without Gus’ hard work, dedication and support we would have never found our home. His willingness to make us happy was exemplary, not to mention his hard work in obtaining the best price for our home. He had a great attitude and should be an example for other realtors to emulate. We owe him a huge debt of gratitude. He left us completely satisfied. We definitely recommend Gustavo Andazola as a realtor for anyone who lives in the El Paso area or is moving to the area.
