I highly recommend Guy Johnson. I've had my run-ins with other Reno realtors and this guy here is WONDERFUL. When I go to buy again, I will only go through Guy. I've also sent a few of my friends to him one of which bought a house as well. Guy was always on time, informative, and caring. Whenever we had questions he had answers and if not he found out. Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in South Central, Reno, NV.Summary:
I recently bought a house and Guy was my agent. He was always very easy to reach and totally on top of every detail. The selling bank made numerous follow up requests (additional signatures or initialed pages) and Guy was there at every turn. Additionally, Guy was present when I signed my papers (which I understand many agents aren't), and the notary was amazed at Guys level of involvement compared to the other agents in deals she’s participated in.
If you are shopping for an agent just look at his many years of posting on renorealtyblog.com. He has been totally transparent with market information for years. I wholeheartedly recommend Guy and look forward to recommending him in the future to all my friends and family.…More Less
