Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $175K in South Reno, Reno, NV.
Guy gave more than 110%. His response time is instant and he will get the job done. He closed my house Sept. 30, 2011. I highly recommend him. My home is awesome. Thank You !!! Guy. I couldn't of done it without your support and words of hope and encouragement, you kept me going on a shortsale that seemed would never end. The seller's agent was difficult and you still made it happen. Great Job !!!

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $200K in Old Northwest - West University, Reno, NV.
Guy listed and sold our home in Reno and was professional, responsive and accommodating throughout the entire process. He was familiar with the neighborhood and worked with several agents in the bidding process resulting in an awesome above- asking price for the sale. His advice was definitely helpful with escrow closing since I was selling from an out-state-location. I would not hesitate to use him again or refer him to others for any real estate transactions. He is a pleasure to work with.

Sold a Condo home in 2013 in Northwest, Reno, NV.
We recently worked with Guy to assist us with the short-sale of our condo. He, and his team, were knowledgeable, not only of the current market, but of the entire short-sale process. Our condo was sold the first day it was put on the market and closed without any difficulties. Guy was professional and helpful during the entire experience and we would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking to sell their current property.

Guy was professional, attentive, and always looked ahead during both the househunting and closing stages. He did an excellent job of balancing between showing enough houses that we had a good assessment of market availability and showing only what was truly relevant given our criteria and price objective. He also takes the ethical course, which is the type of person we prefer to do business with.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $325K in Reno, NV.
Guy Johnson gets 5 stars for his awesome customer service and integrity. We appreciated his experience and knowledge about the local real estate market and the home purchase process. Guy looked out for our best interest and went out of his way to make things work for us.
My husband was in another state fighting rangeland fires with the US Forest Service this summer when we made an offer on our home. Guy set things up so that my husband was able to review, sign and submit our offer from his iPhone in the middle of nowhere so we didn't miss out on this great home!
Guy is the best real estate agent we've had the pleasure to work with in Nevada and we highly recommend him!

Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Sparks, NV.
While living overseas we worked with Guy on and off for 3 plus years before we finally found a home in reno. We were impressed with his attention to detail and his ability to respond to our emails or calls in a very prompt manner. He provided an opinion when we asked him for one but never pressured us one way or another in order to move us forward when we were not ready. He was ALWAYS extremely thorough when providing the information we needed to evaluate homes from afar. Even though we were looking at homes/townhomes in a lower price point he always made us feel as if we were his only clients. We also learned a great deal from his blog, which was an added bonus. His calm demeanor and approach helped balance some stressful times during the purchasing process. We would highly recommend him and plan to ask for his assistance when purchasing our next home.

Bought a home in 2012.
Guy Johnson is one of the up and coming real estate agents in the Reno area. He is very good in all aspects of the business and is very comfortable negotiating the right price for his client. Guy also excels at thinking outside the box at times to keep a contract moving in the right direction. I would recommend him highly as either a buyers or sellers agent.

Guy is an excellent agent to work with! Knowledgeable, open, honest and looking out for our best interests and not just his pocket book, there is no doubt in my mind that Guy is one of the best agents to work with in Reno. No high pressure salesman attitude here. He is very responsive via phone, email and even texts. Love that he is up to date with technology and is able to do online doc signing to save time (and paper) since purchases have been made while out of town. I've used Guy a number of times already and will definitely be using him for any future sales or purchases.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Reno, NV.
Guy was very responsive and generous with his time. It seemed for the most part that he had nothing at all to do except to help us! Negotiation was not really applicable in our situation, as we had to contend with multiple offers, but his knowledge of the area and careful analysis of market data served us well. His tech-savvy approach to the process helped us complete a long-distance transaction with relative ease. Working with Guy was a pleasure, and should the need arise we will certainly solicit his services again in the future.
