    Bought a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $575K in Mar Vista, Los Angeles, CA.
    I had the extreme pleasure of working with Gwen when we purchased our home in 2008. Not only is she an incredible pleasure to work with on a personal level but an amazing realtor. I always felt that she was there for us and was bending over backwards to get our deal done. To say she has a "can do" mentality does not do her justice.     Bought a Single Family home in 2006 for approximately $450K in Echo Park, Los Angeles, CA.
    I can't say enough good things about Gwen, she is fantastic! When I bought my home, there were other offers on the table, but Gwen impressed the seller and seller's agent with her tenacity and her professionalism. She was highly organized, easy to work with, and walked me through the entire process of buying a house. She always presented me with multiple options, whether it was cherry-picking the best available options for my needs, or whether I needed help with inspections, home improvement, escrow etc. I have since sought her advice on two more properties since that purchase, and though I didn't end up buying them, her consultations were invaluable.

    Gwen knows tons about what to look for and what to look out for, both in the physical structure of the house and in the deal-making. She is also fun, friendly, and engaging, but she knows how to broker a deal without compromising. She is patient and takes all the time you need when she explains confusing laws and home-buying processes, and she never makes you feel like you're being rushed. Her personal touch with clients rivals any I've ever seen in any business, and she always makes you feel like your her number one priority.

    Sold a home in 2009.
    I first met Gwen while I was buying my first home. As a single gal back then, it was a daunting process to go through alone. I have to say, without Gwen I don't know if I would have made it through! Gwen made the process so easy and put all my fears to rest. She made me EXCITED to buy my place!

    When I sold my property years later, Gwen was able to sell my place in lightening speed. We were literally in escrow after three days! I know Gwen has high profile clients but she always made me feel like I was her number one client.

    Not only is she a super rock star agent, she is such a professional, has a great sense of humor and has remained a friend throughout the years.
