Closed refinance loan.
My home was not underwater, but I was looking to refinance my loan through Harp. After reading so many positive reviews, I tried giving James a call and I'm very glad that I did. He was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. My refinance closed in a month and during that time, I also referred a friend and she closed on her refinance not long after. Thank you James for all your help and making it so easy to refinance our home. I will continue to refer James to anyone interested in refinance their home. I only wish I had called him sooner. Closed refinance loan.
James exceeded my expectations. I was initially wary of refinancing with anyone but my current lender, but it turns out that my concerns were unfounded. We completed everything via correspondence (we are not even in the same state). The entire process was quick and easy. I found out about James by reading a Zillow forum. Hopefully somebody will read this review and also use his services. By the way, I did an FHA refi on a rental property - which is not as straightforward as other loans; but James handled everything in a timely manner and answered all of my questions practically immediately via e-mail.…MoreLess

James did my non owner streamline FHA refi in less than a month! Bank of America could not get my loan done in over three months, and then couldn't close!! James and his crew at prime completely exceeded my expectations and set the standard for service in the mortgage industry. Thanks
