Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $350K in American Canyon, CA.
Marcia Hadeler assisted my elderly father with the sale of his home. Coming from a family with multiple realtors, I had expectations that were far surpassed. I have never written a review before but am compelled to now due to Marcia's outstanding level of professionalism and above and beyond customer service. Her level of honesty, ethics and knowledge made a very painful process so much easier for my father and family and I cannot thank her enough. From numerous trips to meet with my father and explaining the process in detail to her availability and strong work ethic Marcia has set the bar very high for her peers. I am appreciative of her level of integrity and her honesty. Marcia will tell you facts, and does not sugarcoat nor deal in sales pitches. Early on she told my father and I that if he was not ready to sell than she wanted him to wait, she never pushed or saw a sale as the bottom line. My father is so thankful and was comfortable placing his trust in her hands. I am grateful to have had such a caring and committed professional help my family. I highly recommend Marcia Hadeler to any person looking for an agent in the Napa/American Canyon area.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in American Canyon, CA.
It was a pleasure meeting Marcia and working with her. I wanted to write to you personally because not only was I impressed by her qualifications after meeting you, I was also certain I had to get you on board. Marcia always went out of her way to get our house sold. Which was three days! I feel like she is part of our family. She works so hard and whenever we need an answer she is always there to answer it. Marcia was always on time,worked hard, and were respectful of our personal space. Please know that we will be more than happy to refer her to anyone looking or selling a house.
I know we will always be friends, thank you for all you good advice.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $500K in Napa, CA.
Marcia is one of those intuitive realtors who seems to understand what you want immediately. She does not waste your time showing you properties that will not suit your tastes. She also does not pressure you to buy just to make a sale. She is patient, she is knowledgeable, and she goes the extra mile to do what is right and to help you along the way in all of the process. If ever I were to get another place, Marcia is my girl!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $425K in Napa, CA.
We started working with Marcia while we were still living in Tucson and trying to decide if we would make the move to Napa. On one of our trips met with her to outline what we were interested in. From that time on Marcia communicated regularly with us by sending listings and info on the Napa market. If there was a house we liked, she then took our Napa friends for a look. After a year of steady effort, no luck, but Marcia always continued regular and informative communication.
Then we decided to move and needed to move quickly the search kicked up a notch. The market was quite fluid and Marcia kept us well informed about the market trends. Looked at many houses, several times and missed out on two before buying our present home. We relied on Marcia for recommendations for companies such as termite, escrow and so on and were pleased with everyone.
In summary we are happy with our home and appreciate Marcia's skills in making it happen. It was a pleasure to work with her.

Bought a Single Family home in 2003 for approximately $400K in Napa, CA.
I found Marcia to be extremely familiar with local properties, very responsive to my calls and questions and very knowledgeable with the whole buying process. She showed me MANY properties and was always positive and cheerful, especially when I became frustrated or depressed with the search. She helped me find a mortgage broker and basically held my hand through the whole "buying" process - she was a great agent and I would highly recommend her to all serious buyers.
