Probably if you're a local buyer they would be fine but if you're from out of the area as I was you may find the "customer service" ends before the ink is dry. I've spent 3-months trying to get info on who made repairs and finally gave up and contacted the sellers' agent - she got me the info in less than 5-minutes.…More Less

Dear unhappy customer, although I appreciate your candor and your frustration, I believe that you have the wrong person. I never spoke to you, showed you any homes, and certainly did not submit any offer on your behalf or see an escrow to fruition. I am sorry to hear that you had difficulty with your transaction prior or after close, but as you can see from my reviews, I cherish every Buyer and Seller, and am happy and dedicated to walk them through the entire process, especially after the ink has dried.
