It was a quick turn around for my husband and I to look for homes in the Maryland area. We didn't know anyone or know any areas that would be safe for our two young children. Within minutes of getting in contact with them, we had a phone call, set-up some site visiting and were on our way within the first weekend.<br/><br/>Although we could sense some discouragement with a home that we thought was perfect we went through and put an offer because my husband and I loved the place. We should have listed to Jesse, the house had many issues and we could have saved our money on a inspection.<br/><br/>The following weekend we saw more homes and were "bit" by the new construction bug. It was only hours until we were set-up to view a newly constructed home that was waiting for buyers to move in. It was the last one in the development. After touring, we had a conversation with Jeri and Jesse in the basement while another couple put in an offer while standing in the kitchen. A few days later, it was ours and it was only a matter of time until everything went through.<br/><br/>We started looking at homes on May 12 and were in our new home on July 1. Thank you Jeri and Jesse for all that you did!

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $500K in Baldwin, MD.

When the time came to purchase our new home - it was without a doubt who we would call to help. Jesse & Jeri Hannon were exceptional. It's not every day you buy a home (at least not for us) and to have a Realtor that you can trust is priceless. True experts in their profession and always available when we found a last minute "must see"- They helped us with every part of the process including setting up all the inspections when we went under contract. Their recommendations were reputable and honest. As stressful as this process can be, we never doubted our agents. We knew we were in good hands. Thank you for your patience through our search! Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2013 in Baltimore, MD.

My husband and I recently used Jesse and Jeri to list our home for sale. They initially presented as very knowledgeable about the entire process and we were excited to work with them. After we signed them on as agents, they began taking longer and longer to respond to our questions. We got to the point that after only 30 days we felt like we were not important clients to them. They held an open house for us and it took almost 3 days to get a response to find out how it went. We felt they pressured us to drop the price by day 40 after we told them we wouldn't have much flexibility to adjust the price before we even listed the home. We have ended our relationship with them and looking for a realtor with more of a client focus. This rating system requires input for each level so I just put '3' for negotiation. We did not have any experience with them in this category.  More Less
