After interviewing many real estate managers to care for my mother's home in the (Kendall), Miami, Fla. area, there was no doubt in our minds that Harriet Martin was the one. We based our decision on herwarm, friendly, and charismatic personality...... and, last but not least, her vast experience in the real estate market and her knowledge of the area.

Now, after a couple of years of Harriet's management, we have not been disappointed...... she collects the rent monthly and sends mom her check, she keeps up-to-date with the needs of our tenant..... and she informs us of necessary replacement or repairs needed.

We would not hesitate to recommend Harriet to anyone..... she is a winner,

I found Harriet Martin to be courteous,prompt and professional.She saved me $21000 below the asking price not including credits from the seller.She took the time to go page by page through the inspectors finds,making suggestions and her opinions on the findings.The comparables in the neighborhood really helped;she took the time and patience to explain everything I needed to make the right decision.

Harriet Martin helped me to sell my townhouse and then my house 12 years later. The townhouse sold after a couple of months in 1997 and the 3/2.5 house sold in Four Days in 2009! Her expertise and efficiency expedited both sales and she made the entire process one of pure pleasure! I was able to deal with the other details of retiring and moving out of town because she handled everything for me. I wouldn't go through the process of trying to sell a house myself - Harriet Martin will always be the first one I call!

I have known Harriet since 2002. She was referred to me by one of my best friends. Harriet helped me purchase my first home (townhome) which I loved and still own. It was a very smooth, easy, and pleasant experience working with her.

This property is now a rental and she is my property manager. It is such a relief to have her in charge. Harriet has a wealth of experience and wisdom in the real estate field. She is assertive, thorough, responsive, courteous, reliable, and personable. I have since referred 4 friends to Harriet to help them find renters for their apartments. I happen to have Harriet Martin as my Property Manager , for my Rental Property in Miami,Fl. She keeps my Tenant happy and she responds to all complaints promptly. She gets problems solved with the Property Association Dept when necessary. She has Agents to negotiate the property rental to the best available. Harriet was absolutely wonderful! I appreciated her consistent communication, knowledge of the market and her expertise in handling our listing. I am known to have high expectations for service, and Harriet was outstanding and I appreciated it! I knew that we had an expert on our side and it was very comforting. She listed our home and within 2 days we had several offers and even went above asking price!!! That is absolutely incredible to us! I would go as far as to describe Harriet as THE premier full service real estate agent in South Florida! Harriet assisted my family in renting a single family home in South Florida in the early 2000's. Harriet made us feel like we were her most important project the entire process of showing us houses available for rent. She pointed out amenities such as school districts and proximity to retail locations. During the hurricane season of 2005, her and her office coordinated all necessary repairs to the property between us as the tenants, the necessary contractors, and the out of state owner of the property. When my family purchased our own home, and we communicated a need to receive an early release from our lease, Harriet negotiated an exit that was fair to both us and the property owner. As we were coordinating our exit with the property owner, it came to my attention that he felt that HE was Harriet's most important client; she made both parties of the arrangement feel that way!! My only regret was since we purchased our home at that time directly from the builder, we were unable to use Harriet in the purchase of that home. I would recommend Harriet and any company she determines to grace with her presence to anyone I know in need of Real Estate services!
