Sold a Multiple Occupancy home in 2012 for approximately $250K in St. Anthony, Saint Paul, MN.
I have known Shawn Korby since 2008. At that time, we talked about the possiblity of me selling my home. I wasn't sure if I was ready or if it was the best choice. Shawn explained all of my options, was clear and patient with me even as I choose to not sell at that time. He was clearly interested in what was best for ME. In 2012, I decided that it was time to sell and I didn't think twice about working with Shawn. And I am very glad that I did! I felt supported as I went through the process-it was hard to let go of a home I loved for many (18) years. And the house sold in 5 days!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $375K in Saint Paul, MN.
My wife and I just recently purchased our 2nd home using Shawn Hartmann and his team. We used Shawn again because we were so impressed the first time with his insight on property values, and knowledge of the real-estate market in the Twin Cities. Where the first experience went very smoothly, this round was far more complicated with tighter financing laws and other non-typical delays. Shawn remained patient and helpful throughout the entire process, which lasted an entire year! When the time came to negotiate on the sale price, we were extremely impressed by his attention to detail and negation skills. Even after we agreed to a final purchase price with the seller, Shawn’s instincts and experience saved us an EXTRA $5,000 by using the property appraisal to our favor with verbiage he included when putting together our initial offer. Even if you consider yourself an experienced home owner, regardless if you are buying or selling, you want Shawn and his team on your side at the negotiating table making sure that your best interests are being looked after.

Courteous, respectful, patient and calm. These are traits you need from your realtor as at times whether you are building or buying\selling a home the road is gonna get bumpy. You are gonna put a lot of pressure on your realtor to help resolve any issues of these type. We had many on our way to home build and Shawn Hartmann was able to get these problems worked out to our satisfaction when ever he could.
Great experience working with the Hartmann\Korby Team from Keller Williams!
Also kudos to Travis Olson who worked with us on several issues via email and he was very good at getting results!

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $250K in Minneapolis, MN.
They were very helpful and supportive through both the sale of our house and purchase of a townhouse. Because of their contacts and knowledge, our house sold before it went on the market. And, thanks to their knowledge and bargaining expertise, we were able to buy the townhouse we wanted at the price we wanted. The staff was in contact with us through the entire process and all questions were answered quickly and completely.

I had the pleasure of working with Shawn Hartmann and his team on the sale of my home. Shawn had it listed very quickly (July 2), showings and feedback were immediate, we had multiple offers on the property within two weeks and we closed on the sale on July 27th--that's right 25 days from listing to sale! I really enjoyed working with this team. Shawn Korby was so flexible and willing to talk us through every step of the way. I feel like they are a big reason that we ended up getting the house (even though it had 4 other offers in 4 days).

This team was absolutely wonderful to work with. They had an expert for every part of the process: listing (and appropriately pricing) my house, staging, marketing, administration, and buying a new house. Plus, they were willing to negotiate on commission. I've already recommended them to others. Shawn (Korby) was so helpful in getting me ready to sell my house, and Joel Meidal was a lot of fun to work with on getting into my new house. Very trustworthy guys who aren't just out there to "make a quick buck."

Shawn Korby made the whole process from selling our home (before it hit the market!) to buying our new house a breeze. A stressful prcess was much easier because everyone was so knowledgable and professional. Not only that, it was like wokring with friends. Great experience!
