Hazel Yoshida's Q&A

Everyday my listings are claimed by another agent, yet when I put the address in to see who stole them the address does not show up as a Zillow listing.  This is also happening to other agents in my office.  Over 100 have been removed from my profile in the past month.  Does anybody have any advise or know what is going on?  And why can't I find any contact info for Zillow?

How do you get the Local Expert Designation from Zillow?  I noticed someone that just joined is ranked #1 for my city....how does this work?
