Since joining the real estate industry in 2003, Heather has been integral in developing and managing business models for residential real estate businesses. Heather has excelled as agent trainer, marketing director, listing specialist, buyers agent, operations manager, client care/relationship manager and continually strives to deliver outstanding results. Heather launched her career as team owner/lead agent for The Real Estate Pros in 2012. Heather was nominated to the Keller Williams Leadership Council for 2014, serves on the KW Leadership Education Committee and devotes time to train and teach new agents as part of the KW Mentorship program, is a member of Pendleton Business Association and supports local charitable organizations including Outfitters, Inc., The Shepherd, Animal Protection League, South Madison Community Foundation and Pendleton Heights High Schools athletics and SPLASH.
The Real Estate Pros currently ranks in the top 1% of Keller Williams Agents at Indy Metro (190 agents), and ranks in the top 1% of all Realtors in Metropolitan Board of Realtors (1984 agents total).
In 2013, the team's first year of business, The Real Estate Pros closed 96 transactions. Heather's average list to sale price ratio was 97%. The team experienced explosive growth for 2014 selling 114 homes, doubling sales ($14.5 million) over the previous year and growing the team to 8 full time agents and operations staff. As of Sept 2015 The Real Estate Pros are leading the county in total sales (more than $20 million and 150 closed transactions).
