Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $1.175M in Laguna Niguel, CA.
Heather has helped us to find two homes over the past few years - one in Turtle Ridge, Irvine and the other in the Ocean Ranch area of Laguna Niguel. In both cases she was superb in how she advised us, responded quickly and knowledgeably to our many questions and requests, and guided us through the whole process. Also of note, she was patient and considerate of our wants and needs - even after viewing many homes, before we utimately found one that was a perfect fit. I would highly recommend her on the basis of strong competence, market knowledge, integrity, and attention to even the smallest detail. Over the years we have worked with many real estate agents and found Heather to be the very best.

Heather is the best agent I have had. She is helpful with her in-depth knowledge of the area, always available to assist in every stages of the process, even at odd hours with a buyer from oversea like us (9 hours difference). We almost completely relied on Heather with recommendations related to the transaction. Highly recommend.

Heather is someone that I would highly recommend especially for buyers who are living overseas looking for a home in the Newport Coast area. Her excellent local knowledge, strong work ethics and integrity, friendliness, and negotiation skills were a tremendous asset when I was looking for a home. Her quick turn around time on many of my inquiries and availability at odd hours to accomodate the 15 hour time difference were vital to securing the perfect home for my family in a relatively short period of time.
Heather not only goes out of her way to give you any help you need during the transaction period but is also great at providing the after service to make sure you will have little difficulties settling down in a new neighborhood. Heather is very sincere, professional, and a trusted adviser that made buying a home a very smooth process.
