Sold a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $225K in Maple Grove, MN.
Listing Agent, Buyer's Agent and Property Manager, Heather has represented me in all three roles. I enlisted Heather's services first to sell my town home. She worked diligently to market my town home even though the real estate market had taken a down turn. I decided I wasn't going to get what I wanted for my town home but I still needed a larger living space. Heather offered alternatives and developed a plan of action. We switched into Buyer's mode and as we attacked a long list of houses to view Heather worked on setting my town home up as a rental property. I was initially uneasy about being a landlord but with Heather as my Property Manager she has kept it totally painless. Heather Foss is diligent, respectful and takes initiative. Heather was very professional when it came to the detail work and timeliness, as far as returning calls and negotiating terms. She was also very laid back and approachable when it came to our discussions and the advice she gave us.
