listing realtor has a higher price of $77000.....does that mean that $49900 is the new asking price and realtor hasn't changed it or the lowest they will accept?
I have a copy of a county tax ticket on a HUD owned home that I am interested in purchasing. It says there is a sale date of Dec 19 2012 for $124169. Is this the price HUD paid from BOA? Why are they selling for $55k less? How does a repair escrow work on HUD owned homes? Does HUD set the money aside for the future buyers or is it an additional escrow account the buyer is responsible for?
Was actually called the other day by agent and told that they had just found out the home had the electrical wires and plumbing removed from under home, and that the inspector found it the other day, do not think the home is appropriately priced for the amount of work it needs and this new information makes we wonder if a listing price drop is in order and was told that this Fannie Mae owned property did not qualify for Homepath or any other type of Gov't financing
ie: a particular Fannie Mae home Im interested in is listed @89900 and the tax assessed value is 139400....would I be safe to assume that this is close to appraised value in obtaining a buy/renovate loan (home needs all electrical replaced and other work)
I was told by the listing agent that this particular home doesn;t qualify for Homepath or any other gov't loan because it needs repairs to be considered livable
and my income is $13k/yr? Are there any loans that would allow me to use my husbands income also but not his credit (his scores are in the low 500's thanks to a mortgage broker we were working with)
my name...my scores are all above 620 but I only make $13k/yr whereas his scores are in the low 500's and he makes $50k/yr.....we found a home that is a Fannie Mae owned home but doesnt qualify for Homepath because it needs repairs....would only be looking at a mortgage of 90-100k or less and the tax assessed value on the home is 139400? Any ideas or suggestions?
He did the same thing to us...not to mention has taken over $1000 at the same time and then when everything seems to be going good he called the realtors involved and cursed em all out....so beware!!!!
with no money down and lowest credit score is 610
