Bought a home in 2011.
We had a wonderful experience dealing with Hector as our realtor. We went through a six month short sale process and Hector was with us every step of the way. He was in constant contact with us keeping us informed of everything that was going on. He is very friendly and knowledgable and very easy to work with. He will always answer your call and in the off chance you get his voicemail, he will call you right back. He is a great realtor and I would highly recommend him!

Bought a home in 2012.
Hector is very knowledgable in the Visalia homes. Helped me find a great home in an awsome area really close to my kids school. He took consideration everything I wanted.

Hector is a very professional and knowledgeable real estate agent. He walked me through the buying process and informed me of what to expect. he buying process went as he had told me. I highly recommend Hector Martinez if you are in the market to buy or sell.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $150K in Visalia, CA.
Mr Martinez helped me when I first moved to Visalia in 2005 and drove me all over Visalia and Tulare looking at homes. His knowledge of the neighborhoods included if they were on city sewer or septic systems and where the pockets of county lands were. He had networked with the building companies and would be one of the first to know when a house became available. Now, in 2011, he's helping me again and he is such a great teacher, sharing his years of experience.
