Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $375K in City Park West, Denver, CO.

I worked with Mark for my first home purchase. I first approached him in 2011, but after searching for a while, we came to the conclusion that my budget and tastes were not aligned and I spent the following year saving up. Most people in Mark's shoes would have pushed me into a property that I could not afford or was wrong for me just to get a sale, but Mark was very patient. We followed up in 2012 and am happy to say we found a home that was perfect. I highly recommend Mark.  More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $400K in Centennial, CO.

Mark was phenomenal. He took us to see the kinds of houses we liked, and determined things that we needed after just a few showings. He kept our kids entertained, answered questions and explained architectural and neighborhood quirks quickly and accurately. When it came time to write an offer, he used very accurate comps to determine a fair price. I highly recommend Mark.  More Less
