I used Hershel Manley to sell my house. He was very knowledgeable about the area and the process since this was my first time to ever sell a home. He was in constant communication and kept me updated about the viewings. I had originally listed my home with another realtor without much viewings, however, he was able to capture much attention and sell my home in a short amount of time. I was extremely impressed. Hershel was very friendly and thoughtful throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend him to anyone.
