The best thing was that Jae Wu understood so quickly what sort of condo I was searching for so we did not waste time looking at the wrong places. Jae, and when she was absent Sean, were responsive at all times: work time or weekend, whenever I had questions, they were answered promptly and professionally. And during anxious moments, Jae's knowledge and humor saved the day. I highly recommend them.
Our Heyler team did a fantastic job. There were a lot of challenges in our sale, but they were there for us every step of the way, with great advice that was lent to us but not forced upon us. Heyler Realty just helped my wife and I close on our first house last week - we couldn't have been happier with them! From the first time we met with Jae Wu, we felt that she completely understood what kind of house we were looking for and our taste. Once we found a place we wanted to put an offer on, Jae walked us through every step of the process and was very patient with our questions and made sure we understood what was happening at each point. She coordinated with the seller's agent, the mortgage lender, and the escrow officer - and as a result, everything went very smooth. Heyler has a nice setup where the entire team is kept informed of what's going on with each transaction so if for some reason Jae was unavailable, anyone else at the office would be able to help us. We never felt like we were alone in the process.

This review is for John Padden and the wonderful team at Heyler Realty. My wife and I were looking for a house to rent/lease in the Culver City area. We saw a listing for a house matching our needs on the Heyler Realty website. We contacted John Padden at Heyler and had to write a review because it was such a great experience working with him! Throughout the process, John was very easy to communicate with by phone, email or in person. He showed us the house and he really took the time to explain/show everything, we never felt rushed. We felt like we were working with good friend. We ended up getting the house and John's followup with things such as the Move-In checklist etc were just icing on the cake. We would highly recommend working with John Padden and Heyler Realty for your housing needs.

In this market we were prepared for months of showings and were very surprised at the quick response. Westside Hub was amazing in guiding us through the home buying process. Sean was always dead on with value estimates. While we had to take a break from the home buying process - it had nothing to do with Westside Hub.
They really know the westside, all the agents and they have an excellent beat on where the market is in terms of pricing/value.
The one difference from a more traditional real estate agent is that we generally visited open houses on our own. That was fine for us and Sean/Jae saw all inventory during the broker Caravan. Just something that is a bit different from a more traditional real estate agent.
