I recommend Thuan without any reservation. He was sincere and honest throughout the entire refinancing process. His costs did not change throughout the process, and he was even very accurate on title and other third party costs. He also takes the time to walk through the loan process with you, and is very responsive with email or phone questions. I recommend Thuan fully to anyone who chooses to take out a loan for any purpose. I already referred a few of my friends to him and they are all very happy.

Thuan's quote was one of the top two. He has been very straight with me without any pressure for my decision throughout the process. Got in trouble with my equity line subordination and he really helped me through that trouble (bank took ~25 days to send back the document!). I would recommend him to anyone who is in the market for a mortgage. He was chosen for the lowest rate+cost and he did deliver.

the only reason why i didn't close my loan with this lender was because he was only slightly better than the lender i have been working with. this lender actually told me to go with my existing lender because he did not offer a much better rate (even though he still beat my existing lender). wish for the opt'y to work with this lender again!

I interviewed many lenders and glad that I selected Thuan. In this market right now, you need a lender that does enough business with the banks to get the best rates, as well as have the knowledge of the business to know how to make it happen. Lastly, you want someone who can do it fast. He is the FASTEST, most COMPETITIVE and most ETHICAL guy in the business!
