Mr. Norman was very professional while handling the sale of our property. He stayed on top of the entire transaction and kept in constant communication with us throughout the process. Working with him was a pleasure and I would reccomend him to anyone needing a realtor in this area.
Paul has great local knowledge as he grew up in Napa and appears to have a good sense of what direction certain neighborhoods are heading. He was extremely responsive and maintained this level of service through the process. Even after the sale, he offered to help us move us stuff in and continually made sure our move in went smoothly!

Mr. Norman went above and beyond the duties of an agent. I knew very little about the Napa area and he provided great insights into the city and valley of Napa. I am very happy with the home and neighborhood I chose. The process was also quick and efficient, and he always got back to me with answers quickly.

We found Paul through a referral from a dear friend of ours. We were very interested in moving to the Napa Valley and wanted to find not only find someone who could show us homes, but who could also offer us insight into the community. After a few conversations through both e-mail and on the phone with Paul, we set a date to start looking at homes in the Napa area. We first met face to face with Paul at a local downtown coffee shop where we has there waiting for us with a very nicely laid out presentation of the homes we were to see that day. Although we only expected to see a few homes, he mentioned that two more homes that were within our price range had come to market and if we would like we can see them as well. We set out for the day with high hopes. After touring a couple of homes, and trying not to fall in love with all of them, Paul reminded us that it's best to compare and contrast about what exactly we like, and didn't like, about each. He had prepared a wonderful tool that proved to be invaluable to us - a compare and contrast sheet with the homes info, etc. When we pulled up to the last house my finacé and I looked at each other and we knew almost right away that this was the home for us. By the next day we had called Paul and told him that we wanted to submit an official offer, but had no idea how to do that. He walked us through the process and made it VERY clear on what to next, and how to do it. Over the next couple of weeks Paul made sure that everything was completed on time, and provided us with a calendar showing when things were due and why. I was thrilled to hear that we were not only planning to close on time, but when I found out that we were actually going to close a whole week early!
Coming into this as a first time home buyer we were obviously very nervous and wanted to make sure we didn't make any mistakes along the way. My father, a multi-home owner, was shocked at the level knowledge that Paul had filled us in on and said, "Wait a second, my real estate broker didn't even give me that much information!" It was not only a pleasure to work with Paul, but we can now call him our friend. Paul found us our dream home, helped us through the process of purchasing it, and made sure that we were comfortable and well informed during the entire process. I would highly recommend Paul to first time home buyers as well as buyers who have purchased homes in the past.
