My experience with Quicken loans was exceptional! They were knowledgeable about products and helped me find just the right. They didn't drag their feet on anything and stayed on track. If anything, they kept me on track! Closing was quick on their end (seller was slow). Had it not been for the sellers agent we would have closed in about 3 weeks instead of 6. As I am very busy and live in a rural area, so I particularly appreciated their well thought out process utilizing technology. Nearly everything I needed to complete and provide was accomplished via their website or email. This made the process very fast as there was no waiting for documents to be mailed back and forth.
