Sold a Condo home in 2013 in Alexandria, VA.

Found a tenant for a Condo home in Columbia Heights West, Arlington, VA.
We turned to Kristin Stone after trying to find a tenant on our own. We did internet searches and called several agents. Kristin was the first to respond. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and very flexible. She guided us through the process and presented opinions very clearly providing the information we needed to make an informed decision. We needed a tenant immediately. Kristin worked quickly pulling her team together. We had the pleasure of working with her daughter as well. They make an excellent team. Showed home in 2013 in Alexandria, VA.
We really enjoyed working with Kristin Stone. Unfrotunately after we narrowed our selection down to a few homes we received notice we were not going to DC after all...hence, no rating on negotiation skills.
