1- give clients a fair deal, I want to earn your referral.

2- communicate, nothing adds stress to a process like not knowing how things are progressing.

3- walk my talk, no changes or suprises at closing. You can count on my GFE to be accurate.

90% of my business is generated through referrals of both past clients and RE Agents that I work with.  I keep these relationships strong by being open and honest with each client about the options available to them.

Everyone has 1 service provider (doctor, dentist, financial advisor, accountant, etc) that has earned their trust and they can't wait to tell people about when the subject comes up. I am looking to earn that place with you- whenever you hear mortgages or real estate you will look forward to tell others about the positive experience you had with me.

My goal is to have a positive impact on the financial lives of everyone that I consult with on their mortgage needs. I say consult because sometimes the best advice is to do nothing when considering a refinance.
