Sold a home in 2009.
Jen was key in selling our home post flood damage. We were in a very bad spot and I don't think it would have happened if it wasn't for Jen's expertise and knowledge about the business. A short sale wasn't what wanted for but it ended up being what we hoped for and her hard work was so much relief after a real tough time. I am hoping to work with her and Matt on a future home purchase.

Bought a Single Family home in 2005 in Milton, WI.
Jen went out of her way and helped us buy our first home in Milton. Buy showing us homes outside the Dane County area, we were able to afford the right size house we were looking for. Jen even helped us negotiate an extra $5000 off, at the closing! Terrific experience and we will look for her help again when we look to upgrade.

Sold a Single Family home in 2005 for approximately $225K in Mc Farland, WI.
We bought our first home with Matt and Jen in 1998. As new (nervous!) home owners, they were great, helping us to find a good neighborhood and a house that we could afford. Six years later, with one child and another on the way, we decided to move again. We called Matt and Jen and they helped us sell our home for a price we were happy with. They showed us all kinds of homes all over Dane County when we could not decide what we were looking for and eventually helped us through negotiations with the builders in our new neighborhood. They work very hard and are very knowlegable about the area and the current housing market! We highly reccomend.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $125K in Marshall, WI.
Jen Stauter fulfilled our dreams of purchasing our home and worked with us until the perfect place came along. She guided us to find a lender who would work with us, as we didn't exactly have the best credit and not as much of a downpayment as most lenders would have liked, but she and the lender got it done for us! We are in our new home and enjoying it very much. We made the right choice, not only with the home we chose, but also with the realtor and lender! Well done, the team of Jen Stauter and Matt Kornstedt!! We would highly recommend them to fulfill the next person's/couple's real estate needs!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Spring Harbor, Madison, WI.
Matt was great. I was a first time home buyer and rather ignorant of how the whole process worked. He was very helpful in finding potential homes that fit my criteria to look at and once we found a place, he was great throughout the whole buying process. I recommend him highly.

Bought a home in 2011.
When my husband and I decided to relocate to Madison from California, we were at a bit of a loss as to where to start our house-hunting.
We found a listing we liked that featured Matt and Jen as the agents and decided to give them a call. From the first meeting on, I knew we'd found the right team to find us the right home.
We had no idea what we wanted, looking at everything from older homes in urban neighborhoods to rural areas with property. Through all our indecision, they patiently listened and payed attention to what we were REALLY looking for. They seemed to understand it better than we did!
And within three days of arriving in Wisconsin, Matt and Jen found us our "dream home." We'd not even unpacked the car yet from our cross-country drive and we were making an offer on the house that would become our home.
I feel so lucky to have stumbled upon Matt & Jen and can't believe we might not have found our home if it hadn't been for them!
I whole-heartedly recommend them and can honestly say I'd never use anyone else for buying or selling a home.

Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2010 in Waunakee, WI.
I am very impressed with Jen and Matt. They take customer service to a new level. Immediate response on every little question I had, no matter what it was. I worked primarily with Jen in 2010 when we decided to put our house on the market. She came in took photos of the house and then explained to me, taking room by room what should be done so our house would present well in listing photos and showings. We had an offer in 48 hours! I was shocked! I highly recommend Jen and Matt Kornstedt.

We were completely satisfied working with Matt and Jen. They were responsive, caring, and always on top of things. Not only that, they are very personal and managed to make the daunting process of buying a first home easier and even fun. Jen & Matt really help you understand the process of buying a home and they're very thorough and consistent. They were always available when needed and every time we saw a listing that we were interested in they made it happen. We were very pleased with our experience and highly recommend them to anyone.

Sold a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $75K in Leopold, Madison, WI.
Jen was wonderful during my short sale. As an IT oriented person who is completely attached to my smartphone, their use of the latest technology to keep me updated on the status of my sale was wonderful!
