Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $725K in Campbell, CA.
Trang is the most professional, honest, knowledgeable, and responsive realtors that I have worked with. From the moment I showed an interest in purchasing a home, she met with me to define my criteria, and sent me listings on a regular basis. She made herself available at all times of the day and night. Trang readily shared her knowledge of loans (as a broker herself) to help me find the best rate possible, even though I didn't use her to get my loan. I would definitely use Trang again!

Sold a Single Family home in 2006 for approximately $875K in Santa Clara, CA.
Trang was very professional and responsive. She was very honest and upfront about everything during the entire process. She went above and beyond what I've received and seen from other realtors. She really cares about her clients! I would use her again and would defnitely refer her to everyone I know. She got us the best deal possible and was able to negotiate for things that usually are not paid for by the seller.

Trang helped my wife and I sell a condo and purchase a home both in Fremont.
Experiences selling our condo: Trang helped us get our condo in tip-top shape ready for listing and it was sold within a month; I can't ask for anything more than that.

She is detail oriented and knowledgable about the real estate industry. Trang is very responsive and she will provide you with the information you need. She made time to show me all the properties I wanted to see and suggested new listings as they were published.
It was my first time buying a home and I was happy with my purchase. Trang was very supportive and she made everything part of it go smoothly. I definitely would recommend her if you are out there looking for an agent to help you buy/sell a home.
