I have become Internet Certified and devoted hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars in my education, high tech studies and equipment in order to provide my clients with the very highest level of service and professionalism. I am an ABR, Accredited Buyers Representative and earned the nationally recognized e-PRO certification in 2000, the first in the Mahoning County and currently held by less than 1% of real estate professionals nationwide. IN 2009 I earned the CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) designation.
