Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $150K in Milton, WA.
We were purchasing a home from out of town (Florida) on a relatively tight budget. David had his work cut out for him with us. We would research homes online and David, along with our daughter would go to the houses and report back. It took a lot of looking before we found a home that fit our budget and pleased us and David never showed any signs of giving up or slowing down. His patience is quite a virtue!!! Once we our found our house, David went into administrative action and arranged everything. We never felt out there or alone even though we were over 3,000 miles away.
