Cheryl added a personal touch on a process that seems to have lost that. Like evey house buying experience, our was unique but Cheryl was so knowledgable on the process she reassured us every step of the way. In fact everyone in her office was able to assist us at some point and I was confident in every one of them.

We were determined to get a house that was a part of a short sale, it was just the houses we were interested in. Again Cheryl walked us though every step and was so well networked that when it came time to bring in other companies such as inspectors, she was on point with several recomendadtions.

Our process was a long one given the short sale nature but Cheryl and her team stood by us and reached out at every opportunity to move things along for us. There were times when the other realtor seemed to drop off the planet and we could gert nothing done. Recognizing this Cheryl reached out to the other realtors boss to figure out what weas going on. This was nice knowing we were not alone and there was someone fighting for us. In the end we got the house we wanted and simply said, not other team owuld have been able to get us in this house.
