Bought a home in 2013.
Hope is an agent I would highly recommend to any person who is actively looking for a home or an investment. She listens to the buyer and what they are looking for, then she sends links of possible prospects for you to look at, once you decide she is always readily available to take you to see them. When she meets you she has already thoroughly researched each property so if interested you have the ability to act quickly. Hope helped me to find an investment property, we put an offer in that day, got into a bidding war, won and she was so dedicated she stayed in contact with the selling party every step of the way to ensure the deal went through. What sets this real estate agent above all others is that she came to my house to sign all forms then made arrangement for FedX to pick up the documents to overnight. There were so many things that could have gone wrong with this transaction but due to Hope's level of professionalism and dedication everything went through smoothly!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Port Charlotte, FL.
I started looking for a home in November of 2011. Hope Sage went out of her way to find what I was looking for. I made offers on three houses but for one reason or another, the offer fells through. After looking at many houses and neighborhoods, I decided on Gulf Cove. The house I bought on Montgomery Drive has everything I wanted. Hope is a hard working professional that did not give up on finding me exactly what I wanted. Hope listens to her client's needs and wants. She will narrow down the houses that fit your needs. I have recommended her to several people I know that are looking for houses in this area. I could not have done this without Hope Sage.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $125K in Punta Gorda, FL.
I contacted Hope Sage a few weeks ago concerning a house my wife and I were interested about in the Burnt Store Meadows area of Punta Gorda, Florida. She wasn't the listing agent for the house so she acted in our interests. She called the listing agent and got us the floor plans and emailed them to me right away. We looked at the area on zillow and found several other houses and the next Saturday we went driving through the area to narrow our search to just houses we liked that we thought we could make an offer on. We called Hope when we got home and she made appointments for my wife to see the inside of the houses, and also made a contract for the house we had originally liked. She met my wife on the day of the appointments and they viewed two listed houses and one which was "by owner" with a make me move price. My wife decided to make the offer on the original house, but then told me she liked the "by owner" house better. I said we'll wait for a counter offer and then we'll offer on the by owner house. In two hours Hope called to say the original house owners were counter offering dropping their listed price by 5,000.00. I surprised Hope by telling her we wanted to instead offer on the by owner house. In between my wife offering on the original house and the people counter offering, the by owner seller had asked Hope if she wanted to list the house for him. She told us this up front which shows she is an honest broker. In her discussions with the seller they settled on listing the house at a price under the counter offer we received from the original house. We offered him the same amount, and with Hope doing the negotiating, ten minutes later the seller split the difference and we had a contract to buy the property at a price we felt comfortable paying. After the contract was signed to purchase the house, Hope gave us reputable choices of inspection, pest, and legal companies for making sure the house and contracts were sound and then met my wife at the house so she wouldn't be by herself through all the inspections. She has been more of a friend than an agent. Since I have been at our house out of town during the whole time, I have peppered Hope with emails and calls with questions about everything from the restrictions for fencing the house to finding reliable companies to retile the house and fix the small things before we move in. She even helped us by letting me email her attachments of forms and papers and printing them for my wife. She protected us by remaining at the house while we closed, when the owner had people picking up the last furniture items so that they didn't take the appliances with them that were to remain with the house or damage the walls moving things into their truck. The closing happened in less than two weeks because we were paying cash for the house. Hope guided us through everything and bent over backwards to help. Now that we've closed she has continued to be a friend by answering a lot of my questions and helping remove the by owners selling information from zillow. I want to tell anyone who needs a real estate agent, that they can't go wrong by using Hope. I just met her over the phone four weeks ago and through getting to know her, I would fully trust her to take care of our house should we leave on vacation. Through her help our closing was completed two weeks after looking at the house with no problems. She was there every step of the way and afterwards with not a single sigh of frustration, or complaint. At no time did she ever pressure us to make offers, or push us into doing anything we didn't want to do. If I had to rate her she would get a 10 out of 10.
