Bought a Condo home in 2009 for approximately $400K in Ventura, CA.Summary:
Hope was our realtor who managed the purchase of our home in 2009. We were unfamiliar with the area, and Hope's knowledge of and experience with various neighborhoods in Ventura and Oxnard were invaluable to us!
She was equally adept at negotiating the sales price, which helped us (and the seller) avoid the hassles of dealing with what could have become a short sale transaction.

Sold a home in 1999.Summary:
Hope Goss is an outstanding real estate professional. She helped my husband and myself sell our first home, and then helped us with the purchase of our second home. Hope was very patient with all of our questions and provided thorough explanations. She always had a positive demeanor and promptly answered or returned our phone calls. Hope marketed our house well, and we found a buyer quickly. When looking for our second home, Hope showed us a variety of homes to present us with many options. We were thrilled to find our second home and Hope went right to work negotiating the deal for us. Hope recommended a great home inspector who gave us very good insight into our "new" 1920s home.
