Sold a home in 2014.

Kay helped us buy and sell our home at the same time. I had originally tried to sell my home on my own, but after 5 months of trying I decided to use Kay, since she was also helping us search for a new home. Kay was very swift and efficient at instructing us what we we needed to do to make our house marketable. With her help we had a buyer in 6 days.

Kay was accessible for both processes, and although we had a few setbacks with the third party seller, we were able to close on our new home!

Thank you! I was also so happy to get your first home under contract in 6 DAYS!! We both worked hard - you really did a great job with me. The timing was perfect for you in every way. Concerning the home you bought at the same time, it's very difficult to be an "process expert" when dealing with a seller who is a 3rd party bank !!!! Actually we are at their mercy as to the process and how long it takes - and the bank will only be responsive when "they want to be"! The key is to hang on to the transaction like a bulldog and keep after it day after day, and that's what I did - for weeks!!!. So excited at the huge blessing you have with your GORGEOUS new home!!! The Lord is Good! I really feel so blessed to have gotten to know you and please know I will always be here for you long after "both" sales. Sure do appreciate being your Realtor!

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $75K in Hot Springs, AR.

As first time home buyers my fiancĂ© and I were very pleased with the helped and effort that Kay has given us! She took a lot of her time over a few months to show us all the houses we wanted to look at and even found more that we're not on the zillow app. She set us up with a great lending agency that made everything very easy. Not only has she worked with us to find a house but has also built a personal relationship with us. We still talk to her and she is always there for any question even though the closing is final. Kay is very experianced and knowledgable, if she don't have the answere off hand she will work until she finds it. Over all a very good listener and hard worker!  More Less

Kay was very prompt and courteous with my husband and I. She answered all questions and listened to concerns during the selling process. The professional photos were a very nice touch. We received and accepted an offer within a week of listing our home.
