Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $325K in Groton, MA.
We went with Hottel Real Estate because the percent of the sale price that goes to the realtors was significantly lower. This gave us the best return on our home investment. In addition, our home was an older home and needed the right buyer. This realty company understood that and showed it beautifully. The price was set on the homes value and was not inflated; therefore received lots of looks early and often. This is an honest and ethical realty company I would highly recommend them.…More Less

Julie Marion helped me find my first apartment. She took the time to find out what I was looking for and did an amazing job in showing me several apartments with the aspects I was looking for. I was very impressed with the way she not only made the searching process as stress free as possible but also how hard she worked once I found the apartment I wanted to help me with any and all paper work.
