Bought a home in 2013 in Swan Corner, Tyngsboro, MA 01879.

Julie, made a very difficult transaction possible. I found a home on Zillow that I thought was on the market. It was, but only technically. The seller and the seller's agent had multiple outstanding permit issues with the town and was unable or unwilling to resolve them. Not surprisingly, the lawyers were of no help whatsoever. It was only Julie's knowledge of ALL aspects of real estate transaction AND town government that allowed us to close this deal. In our country's post real estate debacle environment, I am convinced that this type of transaction will become more and more common and it will be essential that a buyer have a knowledgeable person who is motivated to close the transaction like Julie on their team.

Julie was the perfect agent for us as a first time home buyer. We were really thankful that we had someone as trustworthy and knowledgeable as Julie to guide us through the entire process.

The first time my wife and I spoke with Julie she understood our needs and was able to quickly put together listings to show us. She provided us a packet of information that illustrated the key steps of the home buying process. This made it easy to plan such things as when to contact the bank, the home inspector, etc.

As our needs changed Julie was so flexible and many times would make herself available at odd hours as I work an imperfect schedule. It was obvious Julie takes great pride in her work and that she takes her job very seriously. As professional as Julie is we had a lot of fun working with her. She's very easy to get along with.

Many times, during the process Julie went above and beyond to help us. When we finally found the home we decided on, Julie went to the town hall for us to pull permits and collect other important information. Julie Marion and her Associate, Peter Olson, provided outstanding service. Our property was unique, dating from 1740, and comparables are virtually non-existant. Never-the-less, they arrived at a competitive price that resulted in an "as-is" contract, within two months, for about 92 percent of the asking price. Peter Olson was present during every showing and gave us immediate feedback on the impressions of the prospective buyers. Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $325K in Groton, MA.

We went with Hottel Real Estate because the percent of the sale price that goes to the realtors was significantly lower. This gave us the best return on our home investment. In addition, our home was an older home and needed the right buyer. This realty company understood that and showed it beautifully. The price was set on the homes value and was not inflated; therefore received lots of looks early and often. This is an honest and ethical realty company I would highly recommend them.

Helped me rent a home.

Julie Marion helped me find my first apartment. She took the time to find out what I was looking for and did an amazing job in showing me several apartments with the aspects I was looking for.
