Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $300K in Butler, NJ.
We have known Warren and Julie Frerichs for years and also have had the pleasure of working with them as realtors. I first met them through my husband who was their close friend and neighbor. Julie and Warren made me feel so welcome when I moved to Butler. They are fixtures in the community, which is a big part of why they are so good at what they do. We worked with them when they sold my father in laws house 2 years ago in a tough real estate market. They walked us through the process and were with us every step of the way. I have recommended them to many friends and acquaintances, because I know they are caring professionals that will do the best they can in helping you sell or buy a home.

Bought a home in 2012.
I had worked with Warren and Julie for close to two years looking for my first home. They were very patient with me and answered any and all questions I had regarding the home buying process. Warren is very knowledgable regarding home repairs and renovations and was a great asset when looking at homes. Whenever anyone asks me if I know of a good realtor, I always recommend Warren and Julie.

Buying a first home can certainly be a daunting task, and Warren and Julie helped us considerably with this objective. We had been looking for our first home for over a year prior to meeting Warren and Julie and were not finding a house within our expectations and budget.
When we met Warren and Julie, they were straightforward, kind and considerate and helped us secure the house of our dreams within budget, even though the house had multiple competitive offers in. What's more, Warren provided us with insights on how to increase the value of the home with minimal costs over time.
5 stars recommend to all looking for an honest, straight shooting Real Estate agent.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Butler, NJ.
We went through a long and difficult short sale process the fall of 2012. Warren and Julie were there guiding us through the entire process. Even though our bank dragged their feet, Warren stayed on them and got action. We ended the year with a sale. The bank got more than they asked for and we are completely happy with the outcome. If you need to buy or sell a house, I would highly recommend working with Warren and Julie Frerichs.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $250K in Newton, NJ.
This was our first time buying a home. Thank god we had Warren and Julie As our real estate agents! They helped us so much with the whole process.They Went above and beyond for everything! Warren is a very knowledgable guy, he knew a lot! We started out on a deal with this house me and my husband both thought was the one for us! Warren was doing everything he needed to do for us to make this deal go through. The people selling the house were not easy to work with! We looked at the house in the end of July and it was going into sept and they still didn't sign any papers! We were hanging in but getting very annoyed and Warren was sticking with us ! While this mess was going on Warren sent us another listing and told us this house looks good! He did his homework and found the sellers would be easy to work with which made us that much more excited! We went to see the house the next day and loved it so much more then the one we were fighting for! So Warren helped us out of the other deal and two weeks later we closed on the house we LOVE!!

Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2012 in West Milford, NJ.
I can't say enough about Warren and Julie Frerichs. They are a great team, and come with the highest of recommendations. Moving is probably one of my least favorite things to do. The prospect of getting the details in order to sell our home and then navigate the stress of showings/offers is extremely burdensome.
Warren and Julie not only made the process easy and reasonable from the beginning, but they were there with understanding and great knowledge of the local market when things got overwhelming.
I can only compare to our previous two experiences in buying/selling our home, but there's no way to even compare. If you are looking to buy or sell in North Jersey, choose Frerichs!

Bought a home in 2003.
From our first call, Julie and Warren blew the competition away! Unlike some realtors that make you feel as if you've walked into a used car lot, Julie and Warren displayed a real concern for our well being. They were knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and quickly addressed any questions or concerns we had each and every step of the way. I will not hesitate to call on them the next time we purchase a home and encourage others to do the same.
