Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in North Las Vegas, NV.
Marilyn put an offer on a house that is a short sale. She advised me against it. I wish I listened to her. Six months later the house went on foreclosure. She is patient and always responding to my texts, emails or calls. I will only use Marilyn as an agent. She is super good to work with!

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Desert Shores, Las Vegas, NV.
If you want to sell your house, the only and best realtor in Vegas is Marilyn Dennis. With a very troubled start(Buyer having been pre approved, he pulled out on day of closing after an extension had been granted), She was relentless until it sold, following up on every detail.
She is and conscientious and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Summerlin North, Las Vegas, NV.
This agent have been on top of things. I text her she replies right away. She took her time to explain to me how short sale works. We put an offer in a property and we are waiting for result. She's very knowleadgeable as an agent and super pleasant to work with. I give her 10 out 5!!!

Marilyn was able to negotiate through a difficult purchase for me. She responds immediately to inquiries and really knows her way through process. Timelines were met because of her attention to detail!

Marilyn is amazing! I live in Australia and on a recent visit to Las Vegas, Marilyn was kind enough to spend time with me showing me various properties for sale in Vegas. Whilst I have not proceeded with a purchase at this point in time, there is no way I would proceed without engaging Marilyn. She is one in a million!

I have been working with Marilyn in the Vegas market for a long time now. As a Mortgage Consultant, I see all sides of the transaction. No one pushes harder for their clients that Marilyn. Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $325K in Lake Las Vegas, Henderson, NV.
I came to Las Vegas with a job promotion in May and started looking for a Realtor in June. Marilyn responded to a Zillow request for me via email at 2:00am in the morning about a month ago. I knew then I had found a kindred spirit that is as passionate about follow up as I am.
From that interaction, to a series of other successful ones, I knew I had not only hit the jackpot with a dedicated Realtor, but found one that was willing to roll the dice in my favor in finding the right house.
Marilyn logged well over a few hundred miles combing the valley in every direction in finding what was important to me - a good home only a few years old in a good location. I not only wanted a nice home, I also wanted to feel good about the area when I drove home every night. Like a seasoned US Postal worker, Marilyn delivered on both counts and listend to my needs. She knows every zip code in the city, something I have never seen from any other Realtor.
After finding a few options in Lake Las Vegas, it was hard to look any further. Marilyn takes a determined Columbo approach in solving your case in finding the right home. She is well-connected with a host of professionals that are important in selecting your home, especially a lender who offers discounted fees to Marilyn's clients. She also knows contractors and master inspectors.
Marilyn has the patience of Job in the Old Testament, has a driven, yet humble heart, and is passionate about what she does in helping you find the right home.
If a good Realtor gets Five Stars for customer service and delivery, then Marilyn gets 10 Stars. She is easily twice as good as her nearest competition.
I not only found a Realtor that has a vast knowledge of her craft, but added a jewel in my treasure of friendships.

Bought a home in 2011.
We love the house that Marilyn showed us. We submitted an offer but the owner withdrew the listing. We're in the process of looking again. Marilyn have been dependable, responsive, and always answering my calls and texts. So far working with her have been a wonderful experience. Never a dull moment.
