Professional ExperienceI graduated with a Bacehlor of Science at The State University of New York @ Buffalo in 1973. I began my professional business career in 1973 doing professional lawn-tree and shrub applications and injections. Then in 1974, I passed the first NYS Licensed Certification for Tree, Shrub and Lawn applications and injections. However, I had worked with my Dad since 1968 in his Franchise, Lawn-A-Mat. In 1978 (with $5000 and much motivation, effort, determination and perseverance,) I began my own landscape design and application company called Lawn Gro, while still assisting my dad with his company and growing my business to the point that I bought him out 2 years later . In 1985, I took on a Partner and began an irrigation design and build company. Two years later in 1987, I began another Partnership and started a professional carpet cleaning division. However, in 1984, while enjoying my successes and sensing the extreme day to day pressures, I decided to take the Real Estate Salesperson''''''''s licensing.
Professional Education and Designations:I began working at my first office in September 1993 for Sandy R. Real Estate, located in Roslyn, NY for about one year. Then I went back to Great Neck and worked @ a Century 21 office for another year. I took all the advanced Century 21 and Century 21 Plus courses and absorbed the information like a sponge!! I became a licensed R. E. Associate Broker after one and a half years while at the second office. In March of 1996, I went to Turn Key Realty, LLC @ 7 Bond St in Great Neck. Subsequently, I bought the company in June 1998 and changed the name to Turn Key Real Estate. I received my GRI designation (Graduate Realtor Institute) after completing 90 hours of additional continuing education credit over 5 years!!! Over the years, I have completed a multitude of Ethics, financial and mortgage, computer technology, customer relations and business efficiency enhancing courses...all the while running and building my office. I continue to always keep my knowledge and expertise current.

We have a daughter 36 (Graduate Emory University, Atlanta, Ga.) who was an extremely successful Sales Executive with Bloomberg Financial Services (The Mayor''''''''s Company) in New York City, now with LinkedIn, and a son, 32, who has a Civil Engineering Degree from The University of Marlyand (College Park, MD.)He is currently working His plan is to gain as much experience as possible so we may begin building commercial, townhouse & residential properties in the future and is a certified L.E.E.D. Project Mgr previously with Gotham Construction in NYC and now with G.F.I. Construction, building a 10 Story Hotel and 46 Story Condo on Beekman St in NYC.
