It appears the last sale on this house was 7/6/06 and it sold for $615. The owner has not updated any of the details or updated ?for sale? status within Zillow and it is not currently listed in the MLS. It was on the market again for 171 days at the end of last year as a ?short sale? (meaning it is sold for less than the lien(s) amount with the lender?s approval). I just researched the tax records and it appears to have been sold back to one of the original owners and closed on 5/31/07. However, it gives a bogus contact number!You could always send a quick note to the owner at the house address indicating you found it on Zillow if you get no response via ?contact the seller? submission.
