We connected, but it did not work out.
Had a great experience with him. He's very easy to chat with and clearly knows his profession's ins and outs. Gene is also a very good person who will look after his client's best interest. In our case, he selflessly recommended for us to rent our condo instead off icing him our business and listing it for sale with him. This type of honesty, at the expense of losing a commission, is not normal amongst realtor looking to make money at their client's expense. Sold a home in 2013.
My husband and I had no choice but to sell the home we loved. We had a realtor that was.. dishonest. Then I found Gene. It took a year and 4 buyers but Gene and Dawn got it done. Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $300K in Greenbrier West, Chesapeake, VA.
To whom it may concern,
We asked gene to be our realtor because we were having trouble finding a house to move into. After we talked with gene he understood what we wanted and knew exactly what houses to show us. He put us at ease and made it a stress free experience. Gene started working with us right away. Gene knows the area extremely well and showed us a long list of homes until we picked the one we liked in Chesapeake, VA. It was a beautiful house in a great neighborhood with a in ground pool in the back yard. Without genes hard work, dedication and support we would have never found our dream home. Gene was very kind and thoughtful and was always there to answer our questions. His willingness to make us happy was exemplary. Gene had a great attitude and should be an example for other realtors to emulate. He also worked very hard in getting us the best price for our house. We owe gene a huge debt of gratitude.
