Showed home in 2011 in Kihei, HI.
Howard showed me several properties on short notice while I was on the island. He has extensive knowledge of the island and helped me decide what I can afford and the most beneficial area for me to live. Makes looking at real estate actually fun! I will definitely recommend him to everyone.

Bought a home in 2011.
Although we haven't made it to the negoatiating stage yet, Howard has been the quintessential relocation professional....always patient & always seems to have the details on homes as soon as they hit the market...thus giving us first shot at the best home. I know you'll find us the perfect place soon.....

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $425K in Kihei, HI.
Howard earned our respect, gratitude and admiration through the performance he delivered. We are from California and have been looking at Maui homes for years. We had several other agents in the past, all very good and professional. Howard however went above and beyond what any other real estate agent does. Even his peers told us we had the hardest working agent while on walk throughs in their listings, and we did a lot of those.
We set a house hunting trip with Howard having never met him in person. We communicated via email and phone for months before setting a date to come to Maui and hunt for homes.
Howard took it from there. The first day we actually viewed 20 properties and made an offer the first day. Over the two weeks we were on Maui Howard was with us taking us to over 80 homes in over 9 Maui areas. He learned what our needs are and more importantly, what my wife really wanted, liked and didn't like. Howard was with us all the way, every day. We made 5 offers while there and Howard negotiated and advised us as though he himself were buying.
We ended up purchasing in Kihei and Howard has taken care of us and represented us during the closing phase while we have been in California. Like I said, just like he was buying for himself.
This experience has reinforced for my wife and me that there are really great people in Maui, and Howard is the hardest working real estate agent we have ever met. No kidding. We are extremely happy and impressed with Howard, and his partner/wife, Mary. Those two have helped to start our new life in paradise and we consider them more than just a great real estate support team. We believe we have made great new friends in Maui.
