This was a very complex transaction, but we managed to make it go fairly smoothly by working together to have most of the required documents ready ahead of time and then providing the additional documents specific to the sale as soon as they were needed. Your rapid responses to the myriad requests for documents and signatures allowed us to complete this transaction in half the time that most sales like this require.
